INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

Proven experience in commercial carpet cleaning (required) Knowledge of: Hot water extraction / steam cleaning Low-moisture / encapsulation methods Proper chemical use and stain treatment Professional-grade equipment (portable or truck-mounted systems) General liability insurance (required) Reliable transportation and ability to mobilize Strong communication and professionalism Ability to work in occupied commercial environments Preferred: Experience with medical, office, or institutional facilities Ability to provide clear reporting and documentation Upholstery or floor care capabilities (value-add) The Opportunity City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking experienced commercial carpet cleaning contractors to support our growing portfolio of commercial clients across the region.
