POSITION OVERVIEW

Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking compassionate and dedicated Pediatrician to join our Urgent Care team in Las Vegas (Henderson), NV. In this role, you will provide prompt, high-quality care to pediatric patients during evenings and weekends, addressing acute illnesses and injuries in a fast-paced setting. You’ll play a key role in delivering accessible, family-centered care while helping to shape a welcoming and supportive environment for our patients and their families.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Acute Pediatric Care: Providing timely evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of non-emergent pediatric illnesses and injuries in a fast-paced urgent care setting Clinical Decision Making: Utilizing clinical judgement to determine appropriate interventions, diagnostic testing and follow-up plans for acute conditions. Family Centered Communication: Educating patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and next steps with clarity and compassion Documentation: Ensuring thorough, timely, and accurate documentation of all patient encounters in accordance with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards. Collaboration: Partnering with support staff to deliver efficient, coordinated and high-quality care with an emphasis on safety and experience

Family Focused: Provides evidence-based, compassionate care that supports families' decisions while minimizing unnecessary ER visits and disruptions.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Board Certification in Pediatrics. Current and unrestricted Medical license to practice in Nevada. Current and unrestricted Nevada DEA license. Empathy towards patients, families and caregivers. At least 2 years of experience working in an pediatric or urgent care setting. BLS/ACLS Certification.
