Growing (20+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Commercial Litigation in Clearwater/Tampa, FLAn established firm based in Clearwater/Tampa, FL with over 20 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5+ years of experience to join their team onsite, with added flexibility available after an initial onboarding period. This role handles commercial litigation matters, with a preference for exposure to real property, real estate, and title-related disputes, supporting clients through pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and hearings.
