Associate Attorney

Litigation Attorney — Professional Liability Boyd Richards Parker & Colonnelli, P.L. — Tampa, FL (Hybrid) Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) Admitted to the Florida bar and in good standing 3 to 15 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in one or more of the practice areas above Direct experience in one or more of the firm's core Tampa practice areas (professional liability; condominium/HOA; employment; architects and engineers; construction defect; or real estate litigation) Admission to the U.S. District Court (Middle District of Florida) a plus Responsibilities Manage cases independently from inception through resolution, including case strategy and day-to-day docket management Prepare pleadings, dispositive motions, and written discovery; take depositions; and handle hearings and mediations Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel, and prepare timely client reports and status updates Skills Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Sound judgment and a practical, responsive, team-oriented approach Familiarity with Aderant Expert Sierra, iTimekeep, and NetDocuments a plus Benefits Salary commensurate with experience and jurisdiction Medical, dental, and vision insurance; retirement plan; and professional development support Schedule Full-time, hybrid Approximately 2,000 billable hours expected per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
