The Opportunity Offerd is hiring established commercial real estate leaders who want more than a title and a split. This role is built for professionals who have already proven themselves in Retail Investment Sales, Tenant and Landlord Representation, Multifamily Investment Sales, or Capital Markets and are ready to shape a market, not just participate in one. As a Market Leader, the work centers on two parallel tracks. Growing and protecting an existing book of business while building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team across key product types in your territory. This is a seat for operators who enjoy production but are energized by developing people and creating momentum at scale. The platform is fully remote and commission-based, designed for entrepreneurial leaders who want autonomy without giving up support. Offerd provides operational infrastructure, proprietary buyer data, and seller lead flow that allows leaders to stay focused on deals, recruiting, and coaching rather than internal friction.
