Real Estate Paralegal

Job Description

Established, reputable Wilkes County law firm seeks a Real Estate Paralegal with three to five years of experience in Residential and/or Commercial Real Estate transactions .

The ideal candidate will be proficient in SoftPro , and familiar with all aspects of real estate closings, from contract to post-closing .

Title Search experience is a big plus.

Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment .

Must be completely comfortable in a client-facing capacity serving as the " face" of the firm' s real estate practice, confidently providing excellent, memorable service to clients.

Must also work effectively with attorneys, lenders, real estate agents, and support staff .

Knowledge of Clio office management & billing software is strongly preferred.

HIGHLY COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION for the Wilkes County area is being offered, based on experience. Professional references are required .

Work weeks is 38.5 hours but paid for 40 hours .

Pay: $50, 000.00 - $60, 000.00 per year
