KPS Global is looking for an Associate Account Manager, to join the Aftermarket Parts Department.

The Associate Account Manager is responsible for direct contact with dealers, reps, and end-users. This role utilizes the expertise of internal sales engineers and managers to communicate and understand the needs and expectations of customers on each KPS project by effectively managing quotations, orders, and drawings.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluating and anticipating complex customer needs and translate them to walk-in configurable and customized products

• Originating and revising quotations and drawings to meet project needs

• Communicating required information effectively to internal and external contacts

• Processing orders accurately within designated timelines

• Respond to incoming customer calls as part of a shared round‑robin rotation to ensure timely and consistent support.

• Supporting the logistics, engineering, manufacturing, quality, service, and finance departments before and after sale

• Working with product design team to best determine how to meet project needs with reasonable equipment design and function through presentation drawings

• Reviewing product information to gain insight and improve expertise for future jobs

• Working within a team structure to support a pre-determined account and provide back-up within the team

Required Skills

• Associate’s degree preferred

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the commercial food service equipment industry

• Experience applying basic mathematical principles

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to interpret and understand construction documents and specifications

• Detail oriented

• Comfortable working in an office environment with heavy phone and computer use

• Strong teamwork collaboration skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Required Experience

Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree preferred

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the commercial food service equipment industry

• Experience applying basic mathematical principles

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to interpret and understand construction documents and specifications
