Job Description Reporting to the Director, Commercial Learning & Development, the Field Sales Trainer (FST) will increase the knowledge, skills and abilities of Sales Representatives by facilitating a field sales training program aligned to Commercial Sales strategic initiatives and individual goals. The FST will have subject matter expertise to identify and proactively address opportunities to increase the effectiveness of Owens & Minor Sales teammates, to conduct performance gap analyses and to develop and deliver training (examples: consultative selling skills, technical skills, onboarding and development) to sales teammates at all levels of the company. Champions the value of sustained learning to sales leaders and teammates, while becoming a trusted advisor within the organization. The anticipated salary range for this position is$90,000 - 100,000 annually. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location. This position is remote with up to 25% travel required.
