-  Chicago Loop (on site M, T, TH, F: WFH Wednesday)
- $40,000–$50,000

We're hiring an Admissions Representative to help adult learners return to school, earn their degrees, and achieve their career goals.

This isn't a high-pressure sales role. It's a consultative position where you'll build relationships, solve problems, and guide students from their first conversation all the way to graduation. If you enjoy helping others succeed while working in a goal-oriented environment, this is an opportunity to make a real difference.

What You'll Do

• Guide prospective students through the college selection and enrollment process.
• Conduct one-on-one admissions interviews to understand each student's goals and recommend the best educational pathway.
• Support students beyond enrollment by helping remove barriers that could prevent them from graduating.
• Work closely with partner colleges and universities to ensure students receive the support they need throughout their educational journey.
• Build lasting relationships through empathy, communication, and exceptional service.
• Meet enrollment and student success goals while maintaining accurate CRM documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of inside sales, phone sales, admissions, or other consultative sales experience.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Someone who is empathetic, motivated, and enjoys helping others reach important life goals.
• Previous higher education admissions experience is a plus but not required.
