Assembler $21-22/hr 1st Shift

• Monday - Thursday
• 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Monday - Thursday
• 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
• Occasional Friday overtime may be available based on production needs

As an Assembler, you will help build industry-leading windows and doors by:

• Assembling products from start to finish using established work instructions
• Reading production orders and identifying required materials
• Using hand and power tools, including drills, screw guns, nail guns, routers, sanders, and saws
• Measuring materials and components accurately using a tape measure
• Inspecting products throughout the assembly process to ensure quality standards are met
• Reporting material shortages, defects, or quality concerns to leadership
• Following all safety guidelines and manufacturing procedures
• Assisting with additional production tasks as needed
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

This position is based in a high-volume manufacturing facility where employees build premium windows and doors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on quality and safety.

• Steel-toed shoes required
• Casual work attire permitted
• Facility is not air-conditioned
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting required throughout the shift

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dubuque, IA.

The pay range for this position is $22.20 - $22.20/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Dubuque,IA.
