The Managed Care Executive plays a key role in supporting client engagement, contract negotiations, payer relationship management, and strategic consulting initiatives. This position requires a highly motivated professional with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Project Management Managed Care Contracting & Financial Analysis Payer Relations & Market Intelligence Strategic Consulting & Negotiations Documentation & Communication Business Development Additional Responsibilities Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in healthcare managed care, payer contracting, data analytics, healthcare consulting, or related healthcare administration roles. Knowledge & Technical Expertise Strong understanding of commercial and government-sponsored health insurance programs. Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, including: Resource-Based Relative Value Scale (RBRVS) Case Rates Grouper Methodologies Diagnosis-Related Groups (DRGs) Carve-Out Arrangements Outlier Payments Experience reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating managed care contracts.
