Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Marshfield, WI. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to support patients in home health settings who need assistance regaining or improving daily living skills following injury, illness, or disability.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Wisconsin OT license required to start the assignment.
Minimum of 12 months of home health occupational therapy experience within the past 3 years is required.
Homecare documentation experience required; HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience preferred.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Ability to manage a caseload in community and home settings and to travel within the assigned territory.
