Role Summary

A full-time Staff Physical Therapist position is available in Raymore, MO for a clinician interested in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. This role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, delivering skilled therapy services, and helping patients improve how they move and function in daily life.

The clinic serves patients ages 11 to 90 and provides care for a range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. The environment is modern, team-based, and structured for clinical growth, making this a strong opportunity for both new graduates and experienced Physical Therapists.

Compensation Details

New Graduate PT: $65,000–$70,000 per year
Experienced PT: $80,000–$90,000 per year, depending on years of experience

Preferred Schedule

Four 10-Hour Days Preferred

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Tuesday off each week

Monday–Friday Alternative

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Clinic Volume and Caseload

The clinic sees approximately 160–190 patient visits per week , with each provider seeing around 7–15 patients per day . The primary caseload includes orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, giving the Physical Therapist a steady mix of recovery needs, mobility concerns, injury-related cases, and functional goals.

The clinic accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, TRICARE, Humana, and Aetna .

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions using appropriate physical therapy methods
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, balance training, gait work, mobility training, and functional rehab
• Educate patients on home programs, safe movement, activity modification, and recovery expectations
• Review progress and adjust treatment plans when clinically needed
• Collaborate with PTAs and other clinical staff to support consistent care
• Help patients work toward improved strength, mobility, confidence, and independence

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is helpful, but not required
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient education skills
• Ability to work professionally with patients across a wide age range
