Talent Acquisition Coordinator — Hybrid Recruiter Support

Somatus is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide administrative support to the TA and HR teams. The role involves coordinating interviews, onboarding tasks, and maintaining ATS data, while ensuring a smooth candidate journey. Two to three days per week onsite in McLean as this is a hybrid position.
