Automotive Sales Manager: Lead High-Performance Team

Private, a leading dealership in the Charlotte market, is seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Manager with proven auto sales management and closing skills to drive profitability and team success.

You will lead the sales team, coach staff, maintain strong CSI scores, coordinate with the finance department, explain financing options, and build lender relationships to expand opportunities and market reach.
