About the Position The Associate Manager assists with daily operation of the in‑store retail location, including sales, client experience, scheduling, and safeguarding store assets. Responsibilities Delivering Results – Focus on achieving and exceeding daily sales goals using KPI metrics; utilize company training tools and digital platforms to drive sales; provide feedback to Store Manager to help support action plans that optimize financial results. Client Experience and Store Culture – Understand the brand, lifestyle, client, merchandise and heritage; embrace Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities; ensure a selling culture and superior client experience; resolve client‑related issues or elevate to Store Manager. Leadership – Oversee assigned division of responsibility; be accountable for results; communicate company emails, initiatives and announcements to the store team. Talent and Team Development – Provide coaching with clear, concise, actionable feedback; encourage associates to participate in team selling and aim for an exceptional client experience. Operational Excellence – Maintain accuracy in cash transaction management; uphold visual and operational standards; safeguard store assets. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in fashion or retail industry. Strong supervisory, communication, and customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft and Apple technology. Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus. Ability to be on feet and maneuver around store; lift up to 20 pounds. Position Details Classified as full‑time, non‑exempt hourly position. Expected to work an average 40‑hour week with potential overtime and standard company benefits. Position may require flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays due to seasonality. Will be based in‑store at Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location and will adhere to the Company Retail Holiday time off policy. Pay Range: $20.25/hour – $23.25/hour. Pay is based on qualifications/skills/experience, geography, and wage laws. Additional compensation may include bonus, commission and benefits such as healthcare, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and product discounts.
