Duties and Responsibilities Direct engagement with families to educate and enroll them in the utility savings program. Conduct thorough assessments to verify eligibility of participants based on program guidelines. Maintain accurate and confidential records of participant interactions and status updates. Coordinate with state officials and internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and policies. Provide ongoing support and guidance to enrolled families, ensuring they receive the full benefits of the program. Manage field work efficiently, utilizing resources and tools provided to achieve daily targets. Participate in training and team meetings to stay updated on program changes and enhancements. Uphold the company’s reputation by offering high-standard customer service and professionalism. Work closely with management to enhance the outreach and impact of the program consistently. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service roles. Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
