OB/GYN | New Facility + Birthing Center | Southwest Arizona

Join a growing women's health program in Southwest Arizona, where you'll build a full-spectrum OB/GYN practice with dedicated surgical access and the opportunity to practice in a brand-new birthing center. This employed opportunity offers strong hospital support, an established referral base, and the resources to provide comprehensive women's healthcare.

Position Highlights:

• Full-spectrum OB/GYN practice with approximately 3,000 annual deliveries
• Newly built clinic and standalone birthing center
• Established women's health clinic with integrated urgent care and surgical services
• Mix of clinic, operating room, and hospital-based care
• Dedicated blocked OR time
• Practice supported by a 406-bed hospital with a Level III NICU
• Established referral base with continued community growth
• Shared call rotation with manageable frequency
• Advanced practice provider support to help balance workload

Candidate Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN
• Comfortable providing full-spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care
• Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians
• Arizona medical license or ability to obtain
