In this role, you will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication while helping to address security-related concerns. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.25 / Hour Job Schedule: Thur 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM; Fri 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM. What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor access according to site protocols, and report unusual or unauthorized activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including assisting with access‑related concerns, alarms, and/or directions for guests and deliveries. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with attention to gates, doors, parking areas, and other restricted locations where security‑related concerns may arise. Maintain accurate logs and records related to visitors, contractors, deliveries, and/or incidents, helping to support site procedures and security‑related documentation requirements. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of security‑related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
