Accounts Payable Specialist Cincinnati, OH 45241 | Fully Onsite | $40,000 - $41,000/year (DOE) Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist looking to join a stable, team-oriented organization? We're seeking a detail-driven professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accurate financial processing. What You'll Do Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Prepare weekly check and ACH payment runs Maintain vendor records and ensure accurate documentation Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner Support the accounting team with additional accounting projects as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with accounting or ERP systems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and customer service skills Manufacturing experience is a plus What We Offer Salary: $45,760–$52,000 annually, depending on experience Stable, growing organization Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth Monday–Friday schedule Fully onsite in Cincinnati, OH 45241 Ready to take the next step in your accounting career?
