We are looking for an elite, ethical Sales Closer to consult directly with business owners on how a documentary feature can share their story and become a high-impact marketing asset.

The Role & Responsibilities

Take up to sixteen 30-minute consultative Zoom calls per day with pre-qualified business owners.

Sell premium $10k–$100k TV media packages using honest, ethical selling strategies (no sleazy or high-pressure tactics; all calls are audited).

Handle 100% inbound leads booked directly to your calendar via Typeform.

Show up to every call on time, camera on, and fully professional.

Manage your pipeline utilizing our CRM, complete daily reports, and send SMS follow-ups.

Attend daily morning training sessions to continuously sharpen your skills.

Work 100% remotely with a professional home Zoom setup.

Expected Earnings & Reality Check

This is a 100% Commission-Only role earning 10% of collected revenue. We invest heavily in training, but we maintain high standards. Roughly 50% of reps are removed after 30 days—but those who make it do exceptionally well.

Low-End Performers: $5,000–$6,000/month

Mid-Range Performers: $10,000–$20,000/month

Top Performers: $20,000–$30,000/month

Long-Term Potential: Top reps build a recurring book of business, with some earning $10,000–$15,000/month from their book alone after their first year. Most reps achieve this working 5–8 hours a day.

Requirements

4+ years of proven sales experience.

Comfortable with modern sales tech (CRM, SMS, Zoom, reporting).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in high-ticket closing, B2B sales, or consultative selling.

Background in marketing, advertising, media, or branding.
