Tenant Coordinator (20705)

Adecco is currently seeking a Tenant Coordinator for a Commercial Property.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant requests, concerns, complaints, and resolutions.

• Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and other property management reports.

• Draft, edit, and maintain documents, correspondence, and property-related records.

• Collect, review, and enter tenant and vendor Certificates of Insurance (COIs) into the property management tracking system.

• Draft vendor service contracts, track contracts through full execution, and upload completed agreements into the appropriate system.

• Monitor vendor service contracts and COIs to ensure documentation remains current.

• Maintain the tenant and vendor work order system, including entering, updating, tracking, and closing work orders.

• Assist with creating key fobs and Datawatch access cards.

• Assist with invoice review and approval processes.

• Maintain meeting notes, agendas, reports, and other property management documentation.

• Initiate check requests and assist with tracking property management expenses.

• Track Tenant Improvement Allowance (TIA) requests, including collecting required documentation, drafting check requests, and submitting requests for approval.

• Assist with tracking tenant and building plans, construction documents, and other construction-related documentation.

• Respond to and coordinate tenant maintenance requests and issues.

• Assist with special projects and other property management initiatives as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
