Per Diem Pharmacists are classified as temporary employees and work on an intermittent basis.Hours of pharmacy: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Candidates must have some availability during that time.Location: Community Health Center of Stamford at Fifth Street - 22 5th St, Room P Stamford, CT 06905Primary Responsibilities:Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitionersProvides information to customers about medications and their useFocuses on providing a superior level of customer serviceEnsures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of PharmacyAdministration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of PharmacyAny other usual and customary pharmacy dutiesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmDCurrent pharmacist license in state of ConnecticutCertified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hirePay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $44.00 to $79.00 per hour based on full-time employment.
