What You'll Do Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution activities. Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Monitor project costs, schedules, and performance to ensure successful project delivery. Prepare and submit estimates, budgets, progress reports, and cost tracking documentation. Manage contract administration, change orders, and project financials. Ensure compliance with safety requirements, building codes, and quality standards. Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting repeat business opportunities. Collaborate closely with Superintendents and field teams to achieve project goals. Drive project success through proactive leadership and problem-solving. What You Bring to the Table 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Proven leadership and project execution experience. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and project controls. Familiarity with IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) contracts and/or Job Order Contracting (JOC). Strong communication, organizational, and client management skills. Willingness to relocate to or regularly work within the Baton Rouge, Louisiana market. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Experience in K-12, higher education, municipal, healthcare, or government construction. Experience managing renovation, repair, and occupied-facility projects.
