Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. multiple times throughout the shift
• Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
• Ability to perform repetitive bending, stretching, and lifting
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willingness to train on a different shift for one week

Job Duties

• Manually label boxes, containers, pails, and drums
• Fill containers using a hose and valve from holding tanks or totes
• Lift and place 1.5-gallon bottles and smaller containers into boxes
• Install caps and pumps by hand during the production process
• Operate ultrasonic welding equipment as needed
• Palletize finished products at the end of the production line
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Perform additional production duties as assigned

As a Manufacturing Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
