Operate forklift following Company standards and guidelines, safely picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets. Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress; and determine ways to address improvement opportunities while adapting to change and feedback. Receive stocks and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, managing inventory flow and following company policy and procedures for equipment use, merchandising, and inventory exceptions. Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding and supporting them regarding self‑service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services. Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, following steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations. Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation, zoning the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged goods, setting up displays, maintaining modular integrity, and ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise. Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by assisting with picking, staging, and auditing accuracy. Handle inventory moves and displays safely, track goods, maintain stock levels, control shrinkage, and report poor inventory practices. Operate and maintain forklifts safely, report unsafe conditions, and inform management of maintenance issues. Proactively identify customers who need help, engage them in technology services, identify shrink opportunities, maintain equipment, and resolve problems promptly.
