Job Description Eva Care Group is looking for a Human Resources Manager who practices and meets objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality and productivity. The Human Resources Manager will provide support to over 1,100 employees located throughout Northern and Southern California. Key Responsibilities: Organizational Departmental Planning Performance Management and Implement Improvement Systems Employee On-boarding, Development, Needs assessment, and Training Employee Safety, Welfare, Wellness and Health Supervise Recruiting and Staffing Efforts Employee Relations Compensation and Benefits Administration Revise Job Requirements and Job Descriptions Training Managers and Improving Disciplinary Protocol Ensures Legal Compliance by Monitoring and Implementing Applicable Human Resource, Federal and State Requirements Conducting Investigations Maintains Management Guidelines by Preparing, Updating, and Recommending Human Resource Policies and Procedures. Work with in-house Attorneys and Legal Counsel in Regards to Union Matters (CBA negotiations, grievances, etc.) Qualifications Education and Experience:

• 1) PHR or SPHR is highly preferred.
• 2) Bachelor’s Degree Preferred in the field of Liberal Arts (i.e. Business, History, etc.)
• 3) Three Years of Experience Leading a Human Resource Department Required
