This role is the engine behind our day-to-day staffing operations - connecting healthcare clients with qualified associates. You'll work closely with recruiters, sales, and clinicians. Interested? - Submit qualified candidates to open orders via phone, email, and online platforms
- Make daily outbound calls to current and prospective clients
- Book and manage shifts, tracking booked hours as you grow in the role
- Conduct quality control calls with active staff
- Assist with timecard management
- Document all client and associate contact consistently
- 1+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related coordination role (healthcare staffing a plus)
- Strong phone presence - comfortable with a high daily call volume
- Highly organized and detail-driven
