We're seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will help clients get personalized insurance solutions while delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating clients, and working in a team-oriented environment.

You will be responsible for quoting and binding policies, assisting with customer service needs, and managing insurance-related paperwork, while supporting the agencys continued growth within the Hispanic community.

• Base salary of $50,000

• Quote and bind new insurance policies

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Prior insurance experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
