Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Colorado Springs South, is seeking a Spa Associate. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last Welcome and greet all members and guests upon arrival Answer phones; schedule appointments; sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades; and file documents Meet membership sales goals Detailed knowledge of the menu of services - don’t worry, we’ll train you! Capable of working flexible hours Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance Bring a positive and energetic attitude Perform various other duties as assigned What’s in it for you?
