We have an exciting opportunity for a Risk Specialist to provide administrative and technical support to our Student Accident Claims. This is a fast‑paced position requiring agility, attention to detail, and a customer‑centric attitude. Responsibilities: Verify Student Accident Claims with field management and make initial contact with a parent/legal guardian when a child has received an injury in a center or company vehicle requiring medical attention Enter Student Accident data in the Riskonnect ClearSight database and coordinate management to ensure timely follow‑up and resolution. Evaluate, approve, and process student accident reimbursements for customers and medical providers Perform administrative functions including preparing and validating checks, processing wire transfer instructions, and providing employee wage and benefits documentation as requested by claims administrators or carriers Collaborate with Human Resources, Benefits, and Inclusion Services as necessary to ensure legal compliance Qualifications: Excellent organization, communication, and writing skills Prior professional Risk Management experience Familiarity with risk exposures in an education environment preferred Ability to diffuse pressure in difficult situations Our benefits meet you where you are.
