Average Daily Census 11-12-SHIFT: *36 Hours Can Be Offered-Unit Will Accept 13 Weeks!-12 HOUR NIGHTS; 18:45 - 07:15***RTO: 7 Days MAX for AYA AUTO OFFER***-Call Requirement: NONE-Float Requirement: YES-Weekend Requirement: EVERY OTHER WEEKENDPATIENT DIAGNOSES: We are a comprehensive stroke center. Patient population: strokes (ischemic, hemorrhagic [SAH]), SDH, craniotomies, carotid stents, carotid endarterectomies, aneurysm coiling/clipping, seizures, Depth electrodes, myasthenia gravis. Drains used: EVDs, LDs, hemovacs, Camino (ICP monitoring)SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Comprehensive Stroke CenterSPECIAL EQUIPMENT: EVD, Lumbar Drains, Camino, LICOX, NICOM and Arctic Sun.UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, EPIC, SBARSCHEDULING TYPE: Per the Unit NeedsUNIT ORIENTATION: 24.0 Hours; 2 days or 2 nightsSCRUBS: Navy blue & White.*** INTERNAL NOTES ******Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for, this specialty******MUST have 2 YEARS in NEURO ICU, IF NOT PLEASE REDIRECT******STRONG Neuro Critical Care Background, not just general ICU. If they do not have, PLEASE DO NOT SEND!**
