Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

The role involves performing site cleanup, installing protective equipment and material delivery duties for a high-end residential projects In Manhattan. Assisting with general construction site labor tasks and working with trades to complete jobs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks on construction sites.
• Carry out site cleanup and ensure the area is maintained.
• Deliver materials efficiently and safely.
• Assist in blocking off entries and exit ways.
• Drill plywood as required for the project.

Essential Skills

• Experience with general labor and construction tasks.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to carry out cleaning tasks on a construction site.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High-end residential experience is preferred.
• Possession of OSHA 30 certification.
• SST certification is required.

Work Environment

This position involves working on high-end residential demolition projects located above 59th Street. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7/8:00 am to 3/4:00 pm. Employees report to the Project Managers, ensuring a structured and supportive work environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of New York, NY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $27.00/hr.
