Remote Account Associate About the Role
We’re looking for a Remote Account Associate to assist individuals and small businesses in exploring tailored financial solutions. In this role, you’ll serve as a reliable point of contact—helping clients understand their options, navigate next steps, and build lasting relationships. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy client interaction, organization, and the flexibility of working from home. Core Responsibilities Connect with new and prospective clients through outreach and follow-ups
Learn about each client’s financial goals and challenges
Present solutions that align with their needs and objectives
Assist clients through onboarding and product setup
Maintain detailed client information and activity logs in CRM tools
Provide ongoing support through regular check-ins and service updates
Qualifications High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
A proactive, client-focused attitude with strong attention to detail
Previous experience in customer service, account support, or sales is a plus
