Accounting Associate

Supporting the Finance team in a remote capacity, the part-time Accounting Associate will manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including transaction entry, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll data entry under the guidance of the Accounting Manager. Key responsibilities Enter daily transactions into QuickBooks Online, including credit card activity and incoming payments Assist with accounts receivable by following up on outstanding invoices and maintaining the AR aging report Support payroll processing by compiling timesheets and other pay data for review by the Accounting Team Required qualifications Experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support role (internships considered) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred (experience may be considered in lieu of degree) Proficiency with macOS systems, GSuite, and QuickBooks Online Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to follow established processes accurately Comfort with emerging technology and curiosity about tools like AI to enhance workflow
