ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2012 and is a close-knit team of five who bring positive energy and a strong work ethic to everything we do. I’m a second-generation State Farm agent and spent many years in different roles within State Farm corporate before opening my own office, which gave me a deep understanding of the business and how to support both customers and team members.

I’ve been married to my college sweetheart for 22 years, and we have three kids. Family is incredibly important to me, and that perspective shapes the way I lead and support my team every day. I stay active in the community through sorority service and outreach, financial literacy programs at local schools, homebuyer workshops, cheer coaching, and sponsorships for local schools. Giving back and helping others succeed is a big part of who I am.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nicole Billings-Turner - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
