ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in May 2025 and currently lead a growing team of two. I’m married with two children and had a unique upbringing (attending 12 different schools across five countries before graduating high school), which helped shape my adaptability, communication skills, and appreciation for different perspectives and cultures.

I stay actively involved in the community by sponsoring youth baseball leagues, supporting women’s empowerment initiatives, and participating in the local Chamber of Commerce. Building strong community relationships is an important part of our agency culture.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Waleed Zayid - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
