ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2000 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I spent five years working in State Farm Claims, where I gained valuable experience helping customers through difficult situations. I'm a University of Alabama graduate, grew up in South Alabama, and have always been passionate about serving my local community.

Giving back is an important part of who I am. I'm actively involved with the Rotary and several local civic clubs, and I enjoy building strong relationships throughout the community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an  Account Associate for Bob English - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
