You'll be joining an established, energetic team of insurance professionals in Columbus, GA! With a $40,000 base salary plus commissions and approximately $70,000 in potential first-year earnings, this is an opportunity to grow both professionally and financially!

• Base Salary: $40,000 annually plus commission.
• Earning Potential: Approximately $70,000 in total first-year compensation based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market insurance products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers to generate new business.
• Educate customers on available insurance products and coverage options.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working toward sales targets.
• Confident initiating conversations and making outbound calls.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and accept coaching.
• Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must obtain Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses before starting employment.
