Analyze warranty data to identify trends and improve service quality.
Train and support staff on warranty policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with warranty policies and industry regulations.
Assist in inventory management related to warranty returns.
Requirements:
Proven experience in auto parts management or warranty processing.
Strong understanding of automotive parts and warranty policies.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive certifications a plus.
