Core Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic and CT imaging procedures to acquire diagnostic quality images for physician review.
• Partner with radiologists and healthcare teams to contribute to accurate diagnoses.
• Efficiently position patients and fine-tune imaging equipment for optimal results.
• Adhere strictly to radiation safety protocols for patient and team protection.
• Keep accurate logs and maintenance records of imaging equipment.
• Deliver empathetic patient care before, during, and after imaging procedures.
• Support a structured, secure, and streamlined imaging environment.

Educational Background

• An Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Completion of an accredited radiology program is essential.

Certification Requirements

• ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography is required.
• Current BLS certification or the ability to secure it within 90 days of employment.

• In-depth knowledge of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety standards.
