People Operations Coordinator

As a fully remote People Operations Coordinator, the successful candidate will manage tier 1 people operations processes, including HR Service Desk tickets, employee verifications, and documentation updates while leveraging AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Serve as process lead for tier 1 processes such as I-9 verifications, employee verifications, and background checks Manage HR Service Desk tickets with a focus on prioritization and resolution to ensure a high level of service for employees Maintain up-to-date process documentation and identify opportunities for operational efficiency through system automation and AI Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in People Operations, Recruiting Coordination, or a related field Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and a strong curiosity to explore new systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent attention to detail, particularly regarding employee data accuracy Tech-savvy with a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly, though prior experience with specific systems is not required
