Finance

• Process payroll and maintain payroll records.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and financial transactions.
• Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and budget summaries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential financial documentation.

Human Resources

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
• Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and employee inquiries.
• Track attendance, leave requests, and employee status changes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Support employee engagement, training, and performance management activities.
