Our agency opened in 1992 and is a close-knit team of three dedicated to serving our customers and community. From the beginning, I’ve been driven by a passion for communication and helping people improve their lives, which led me to a career in insurance.

I’m a graduate of Southern University of Baton Rouge and a proud spouse and parent of four. As a family, we enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors whenever we can. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Arnel Bolden - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
