Packaging Operator Franklin, Indiana

In this role, you'll package and inspect small medical products, ensuring accuracy and quality in every order. Your attention to detail will play a key role in delivering safe and reliable products to customers.

Elastics Packaging Operator Duties
- Package orthodontic elastics into small patient packs
- Count and verify correct quantities per package
- Ensure correct size, color, and product type are accurate
- Label packages with correct product and lot information
- Perform quality checks to meet production standards
Schedule
1st Shift
- Monday through Thursday: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Pay
$16.50 per hour
Bonus available after 3 and 6 months upon permanent hire
Elastics Packaging Operator Requirements
At least 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Ability to stand for the entire shift
