We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Assembler/Packager/Quality Associate to contribute to our manufacturing team.

Assembler/Packager/Quality Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.75 to $19.75 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:30pm to 12:00am )

• Accurately assemble turbo components and sub-assemblies according to blueprints, schematics, work instructions, or verbal directions using various hand tools, power tools, and fixtures.
• Inspect finished products for quality and completeness, then securely pack items into appropriate containers, ensuring correct labeling and preparation for shipment.
• Document inspection results and communicate issues as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with all company policies and safety procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals and uphold continuous quality output.

Assembler/Packager/Quality Qualifications:

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift).
• Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching overhead or at ground level.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 40 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Possess strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills for intricate assembly and inspection tasks.
• Good vision (corrected or uncorrected) to perform detailed visual inspections and read instructions.
• Proven experience or demonstrated aptitude for assembly work in a production or manufacturing setting.
