Elite Security & Staffing is seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Security Officers to join our growing Nashville team at one of the city's most iconic venues, the Country Music Hall of Fame.

What You'll Do
As an Event Security Officer, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for guests, staff, and performers.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests, clients, and vendors.
- Conducting bag checks and screening procedures.
- Monitoring venue activity and maintaining a secure environment.
- Responding professionally to incidents and emergencies.
- Observing, documenting, and reporting security concerns.
- Enforcing venue policies and procedures.
- Representing Elite Security & Staffing with professionalism and integrity.
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates are:
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Strong communicators with excellent judgment.
- Able to remain calm and confident in fast-paced environments.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Active Tennessee Security Guard License.
- Dallas Law Training certification.
- Ability to provide required identification and licensing documentation.
Schedule
- Part-time opportunities available.
- Security event work available for multiple venues and clients in Nashville area.
- Morning availability strongly needed. Shift times & schedules will be based on events.
- Must be flexible and dependable, as schedules are based on event needs.
