Responsibilities Key responsibilities with existing and newly created clients including gathering information and collecting suitability to understand clients' needs and develop a personalized strategy. Meet with clients regularly to track progress toward goals, uncover additional assets, proactively address concerns, and adjust strategies as needed. Partner with other members of the clients' professional team to understand goals and circumstances. Research portfolio performance, costs/fees, asset allocation, and changes to portfolio construction; make recommendations to clients. Collaborate with the Financial Advisor and branch team to align efforts and support the branch business plan. Cultivate relationships with organizations to maintain community presence and obtain referrals and new business. Coordinate with the Financial Advisor to assist in creating new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies. Continually develop professionally to grow personally and in career.
