Registered Nurse (RN) Manager Opportunity
The Nurse Manager is a key member of the Coastal Harbor Leadership Team who will provide day-to-day nursing oversight for a 145-bed child and adolescent psychiatric facility. Job duties include direct and provide nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process; directly responsible to the Director of Nursing for quality patient care provided to patients in the Facility. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Nursing to enhance the quality of the patient care; provide sufficient staffing and schedule personnel according to census and acuity. Respond to Codes and therapeutically intervene with the patient in crisis.

Qualifications include four years' employment as an RN in a psychiatric setting in positions of progressive responsibility and leadership, at least two years in a supervisory and/or administrative role in a psychiatric setting, current license to practice nursing in GA (or eligible to receive or renew), and current CPR or BLS certification.
