If so, we are looking for a talented Director of Sales to join our team at SpringHill Suites Winston-Salem Hanes Mall in Winston-Salem, NC. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key accounts
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to optimize performance and achieve sales goals
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
